I can fix this =)
Ok first I'll explain what all that code is so it will make more sense next time and should make things easier for you:
When you see the < > symbols think of those like sentences. So the sentence that starts with 'a href' is actually what makes the picture go to a webpage when you click it, so you can take that sentence out. The /a little sentence is just ending the linkage so you can take that one out too. The 'img src' sentence is what actually shows the image, but as most sites do it's generated the code in HTML. Forums like this don't usually allow HTML, they use BBCode instead.
Anyway, in the 'img src' sentence look at the part that is an actual link to a picture:

as you can see they both start with https and both end with png, so that's how you know which part of that whole big confusing piece of code you need. All you need is those two image links, all the other stuff is to make it do things that you aren't worried about doing and just makes it more confusing for you to look at really.
Now, to actually put those two tickers into your signature, (sorry I took a while to get to this point!)
1. Go to the page where you edit your signature, erase all of it.
2. Copy this text (it's your first ticker): https://lmtf.lilypie.com/xnywp1.png
3. Press the "insert image button". If you don't know where this button is:
-Look at the box full of smiley faces, look at the very top left smiley

-Right above the smiley you see a row of lots of little icons, the one on the end looks l
like a smiley with his eyes covered
-Go to the 5th icon from the right, it looks like a little landscape portrait. That's the
insert image button =)
4. Ok now that you've pressed the insert image button a little box comes up, delete whatever text is in that box and paste that link you copied into that box.
5. Press enter and that's it, it should have put little tags around it now!

Also, and not to be patronizing, but if you just don't want to follow all that then delete whatever is in your signature and just replace it with this exact text ([U]Take out the two * symbols![/U]):
