I haven't made a post in a while for a question. My question is that I have a tilted uterus and was told that a tilted uterus can give you more lower back pain than normal. I'm having a little bit of lower back pain, I don't have a UTI or any infection because I just finished my medication for that. I am thinking it's from my tilted uterus. Any others with a tilted uterus having this as well? On the ultrasound baby was really far back (and had a strong heartbeat :)) as my tilted uterus is severely tilted. Also was told it could just be from ligaments stretching to accommodate babys growth. I'm 9 weeks today and already seen the heartbeat and everything and still have all my pregnancy symptoms. Thanks

aww glad to see you saw the baby's HB. I have not been on the forums for a few days, so missed your good news. You are 9 weeks today wow. Time seems to fly when we look at it that way but when I console myself that this nausea will disappear in another 4 weeks or so, the thought of 28 more days like this ugh..

I don't know much about tilted uterus but when you get pain, give your lower back some rest, sit with some good support.

I just PM'd u lol it was amazing when I seen it on the u/s. Yeah I think maybe I slept wrong, I've been sleeping in the fetal position so maybe I had my back bent for too long, it's usually not everyday that it's sore. Thanks for the advice

I have a tilted uterus too and just recently at 5 weeks my AF type cramps stopped and lower dull backache has started in its place. Did this happen to you or did you still get other cramps. Congratulations by the way :-)

I have a tilted uterus but was told by the midwife that this would not affect pregnancy in anyway because it corrects itself quite early on in pregnancy. I'm sure the back pain is just a normal symptom in early pregnancy. I found swimming helps back pain x

I also have a tipped uterus, apparently at 12 weeks, your uterus moves forward to where it should be.
ive been told to expect some trouble peeing! x

I have one too, but the only back pain I've had is kidney pain from not drinking enough water! (oh, and our mattress being too soft, but buying a new one sorted that!)

I got told yesterday i have a tilted uterus and being havin lower back pain since week 6

Did any of you ladies have period pain type cramps that went early (5 weeks ish) only to be replaced by the back pain?
