Tiny baby clothes..

Anyone here had a LO who was too small for newborn clothes? If so, what was their birth weight? And how long was they in tiny baby clothes before newborn fitted them..

Brooke was 6lb 13oz and wore tiny baby clothes for the first few weeks

Tye was 7lb 8oz when he was born but i brought a few tiny baby clothes from mothercare upto 6lb just incase i had a small baby but they did fit him for a few weeks!

jessica was in tiny baby stuff for around 3months. her birth weight was 5lbs9.5
she now only just going into 0-3months stuff lmao

Do you think its best if i get a few tiny baby things in just incase? I was only 5lb 13 at birth and oh was only 6lb2, she weighed 5lb1 at my 34 week scan so i dont think she will be overly big? x

dont think it will hurt to maybe get a tiny baby set from somewhere.
i had to send my family out to get tuff at the hospital, so should of planned better lol.
decent, cheapish stuff in tesco etc, or always ebay alot of new stuff

Erin was 6lb 12oz and I had to go out and buy some tiny baby clothes after she was born as the newborn were too big. She was in them for a few weeks. xx

Halle was in tiny baby for a few weeks, she weighed 6lbs 10ozs, 9 weeks on she's fast outgrowing 3-6 months!

leyla was 6lbs 10 too and i never put her in tiny baby, she went straight into newborn, i found with the tesco stuff its cheap and its smaller than anywhere else, at least with the sleepuits lol so the newborn fit her fine and it was cheap

katie never fitted her clothes! she went straight into 0-3 and was in 3-6 at 3 weeks! she's only just out of them now and even thats only length-wise!

i thought she was gona be small, i was 6lb and i'm only 5'1! she was 9lb12

Did the hospital say what length she was as well as weight?

My baby was 9 lb 7 oz but believe it or not tiny baby (from Sainsbury's) fitted him right at the start, although newborn was also a good size on him up until about 4 wks old then it was 0-3.

I find Tesco to be small fitting and Sainsbury's to be big fitting so don't go just by the sizes on the label and try and find out the length too.

Meadow was 6lb 9oz at birth she was in tiny baby for the first 4 weeks. She now wears newborn
