Tips and tricks for TTC #2

Hey ladies,

Don't be fooled by no picture, I'm new and haven't figures out how to put a picture yet haha.
We are trying for #2.
I have PCOS and was told I only have a 1% chance of having children. I'm a smoker as well, we've been trying for a little bit now. My DD is 6m old. *we want 2 under 2*

Any tips or tricks on how to conceive?
Things I should or shouldn't do?
