Tips to cool a house/yourself?

So our air conditioner isn't working properly and it's predicted to be 89 F (about 31 C) for most of this week. Does anyone have some tips they'd like to share to cool down a house? Or tips to cool yourself or kids?

I really miss winter right now!!

Indoor water feature! Lol. Just fans and keeping the windows and curtains closed unless there's a breeze. xx

If you have fans, freeze some bottles of water, and set them in front of the fans so it blows colder air on you.

I love putting my feet in ice cold water when it's hot I also freeze bottles of juice or water and take them out and sip at them as they start to melt.

I hate hot weather and by early 20s I'm melting!! I know it sounds mad, but when I'm indoors just me and Ben I get lightweight clothes (summer dress for me) and soak them with cold water, and ring it out, before we head outside to play lol. Wish we had a hose, would make it much easier!!
