TMI.. always leaking after dtd

it doesn't matter what I do. I can stand on my head for 24 hours straight and when I get down it will still leak out!

I've tried everything possible.. I just don't know what else to do. Am I the only one with this issue?

I think it's pretty much unavoidable I dread standing up cuz it always makes its way out eventually, it can be soon or it can be a few hours later when you're standing at the bus stop it feels like you're losing it all but a small portion should make its way in plus after a short while semen becomes much more watery so will feel like you're gushing later on !

I just stick to laying on my back for 20-30mins, avoiding coughing laughing farting and peeing as long as i can, but it'll slurp out eventually you're not alone !

I leak less now that I've found I have an inverted uterus. FS told me at a recent exam. If I lay on my tummy instead of my back, it seems to stay in much better for me.

It's not like your body will suck it up like a vacuum, so unfortunately leakage is just part of sexual activity.

My uterus is too! It's "upside down" according to the F'S that did my HSG.

I'm not TTC...yet...but I'm on BCP so we DTD unprotected and I hate how it leaks out...We just keep a box of Kleenexs beside the bed and I just use one or two to get myself to the toilet...sorry TMI. I've always wondered if this happened to others though. So glad it is normal!

I know leakage is normal, but I just feel like the amount that leaks out of me is not! I can seriously fill up a tablespoon with what comes out! I'm sure its a mixture of me and him, but it comes out a lot at first and then a little bit here and there for hours afterwards too. its so annoying especially if we have somewhere to go. I'll be walking and can feel like I just peed myself and so I start walking funny and fast to get to a bathroom where I can wipe up. SO Sorry that was TMI

I have the same problem, I am glad that you posted! lol. I just make sure to lay there for a while and then hopefully they swim up!

Yep same here! My uterus is "upside down" I assume that's the same as retroverted and I've heard to lay on your back and also to lay on your stomach. I'm not sure which is right so I alternate

DH has 60% motility but they move kinda slower so we're trying to dtd as much as possible and I'm trying to let gravity help them too by how I lay! It's worth the shot I suppose

This is my first cycle TTC and last night when we DTD I tried to keep it in as best I could but it still ended up soaking my underwear (TMI sorry!) Hopefully a bit stayed in there though!

Yeah, i agree with everyone that leaking out is normal... When i was going to school we used to BD in the morning and I would seriously leak all morning... now that we're TTC we've been BD more at night, so we do it as the last thing of our days... After BD I put my legs up for at least 10 minutes and I just lay flat until i wake out the next day... We BD twice last night and I didnt leak out at all!! Not even a little stain on the sheet! Nada! Ziltch!
