So last night around 10pm or so, while DTD, my DH noticed I was "bleeding a little bit." I had no pain other than the usual discomfort I've been feeling from sex for months now. I went to the toilet to check it out and I'd say about 3 times I wiped a good bit of bright red/cherry red blood, but it looked jelly-like too like it was mixed with thick snotty mucus (sorry). So about 3 wipes like that and then when it was gone, it was gone. No flow of blood, it just stopped. So I was confident enough that I wasn't actively bleeding that we finished DTD (carefully) with no more blood. I didn't see any more blood all night. Now this morning, I'm passing small amounts of muddy brown discharge, like old blood. I'm maybe a little more crampy today than usual, but nothing out of the ordinary. No extra pressure, no intense contractions that I've noticed. So what do you think?? Did the sex just make my cervix bleed a little or did it knock loose my mucus plug?? Should I be expecting something soon?? Should I call my Dr?? Baby has been moving just fine all night and all day, not leaking any waters, and no more red blood. I'll be 37 weeks tomorrow. What do you ladies think??
