TMI... Checking CM?!?! (Just off BCP and a little lost)

Hey ladies, so I came off the pill and finished my WB just over a week ago. It's pretty much a guessing game this month, will ovulation arrive and when? But I decided to check CM. Since deciding this I literally feel like I have none?

Yesterday I checked internally, it seemed to just be water. Then later on, I had stretchy discharge in my underwear. It wasn't totally clear either.

What on earth am I meant to be looking for?
I'm majorly warm today, but no breast tenderness, no stomach cramps just lower back ache which hasn't happened since I was pregnant. (Which I know I'm not yet). Anyone else trying to guess like me?

It took me a while to figure it out. Through temping and charting I figured out my typical pattern and what CM looks like throughout my cycle. Just give it time!

Def a bit confusing. It's my first month trying to check as well.. I really don't get much CM I don't think.. TMI but I barely get anything in my underwear (usually a bit more towards my period) .. but I'll keep investigating internally this month! Is it OK to not get much? Or abnormal? :-/

It took a few months for me to get ewcm after stopping bc. But watery cm is a good sign! Some might say just as fertile as egg white. Hope that means you O'd! Good luck

Hey missalisha- I finished my first cycle off bcp few days ago and just got my real period.
Anyway, I felt all sorts of symptoms that could've been pregnancy or pms I thought at the time. But ultimately I think our bodies are just wacky when coming off the pill so try to be patient. As far as cm goes, do some research and look for info and photos of unfertile and fertile cm so you have an idea. I've never had glue - like cm before but everyone is different.

I think you'll be more at ease if you bd every other day through your cycle so you know you've done your part even tho you aren't sure what your body's doing yet.
