tmi im afraid. question about plug and pooing

I'm 40+3. Had sweep yesterday. Was posterior but 2cm, 50% thinned and soft. I've been losing plug ever since but its mainly coming when I poo (or push to poo). I've need to go a few times and masses comes away. Normal?????

Very normal. The straining or pressure work some of the plug loose when it's ready to go.
