TMI-Pain 5 months PP after DTD. Please help!

Ok, I had an emergancy c-section 5 months ago, & fortunately, I had a quick & speedy, straight forward recovery.
I decieded I was ready for DTD last friday (with an old flame, Im a single mum) & things got a little rough, well actually, really rough (sorry!) Since then, Ive had dull abdominal pain, almost like period pains or trapped wind, right behind my incision scar. The scar itself doesnt hurt, Its an internal pain.
Any ideas? Thanks!

Hey didnt want too read and run lol .. Im the same but im just a little over a month ahead of you, its just because of all the 'excitment' lol and ur body is trying protect the inside area all kver tht it kinda swells a little to "cushion the blow" as my GP put it lol .. But after a while it will stop my scar and tummy still hurt but it will just take time i suppose

Thank you so much siobhankerry, Ive been so worried! Not sure if it was the pain or the anxiety making me feel sick!
Was your recovery straight forward? Im just shocked that 5 months PP its hurting? I thought waiting that long Id be ok??
What you say does make sense i suppose, having nothing in or out of that area in so long I guess my body is a little shocked! It didnt hurt at the time, but straight after I thought 'Ouch' but never dreamt the pain would be coming & going 4/5 days later!
I dont wish you any pain, but kinda glad to hear its not just me!

At 15 months on I still get intermittent pain around my incision scar.
