to test or not to test!! help needed

Hi I posted yesterday but recieved no replies am now CD 38 usually come on 29 - 30 never missed a period before except when I was pregnant and then went on to Mc I tested around 2 days ago and before that but tests were negative. not sure whether its worth retesting today or whether I need to go to Doctor any ideas would be welcome

I would test again and if it's still negative contact your doctor
