To worry about rash or not?

Noticed strange purple red rash on all of both bum cheeks through to middle of thighs when I got out bath this lunch time.

Havnt changed anything washing wise and not chaffing. I've felt sick but I did go to a bbq, temp is 34.3. Should I do anything?

I've felt her move a little but this isn't regular yet. I'm not to worried to be honest but OH is after two previous losses x

I think it's probably a good idea to get checked out. On the other hand, if you don't have any other symptoms it could just be heat rash. But, you mentioned you feel sick also, so I would say go get a doctor's opinion.
