I have to tell you ladies, the customer service at TT has been amazing! I live in Canada and they are based in the U.S. My sterilizer broke after not much use as I exclusively breast feed, I was very upset since I bought it while I was pregnant they would not allow me to return it at the store with the receipt. I contacted TT and told them the issue and within a day I received a reply that they would be sending me out a new sterilizer with paid return postage so i could put the old one in the box and return it.
HOnestly, good customer service is hard to come by these days and I am very impressed! I would never hesitate to buy a TT product again
 
I agree. A part of my breast pump broke and I didn't have the receipt to return it.

They sent me a new part in the post the day after I emailed them.

It's a shame more companies can't follow their lead.
 
I've heard good things about TT customer service on here before - there was a faulty batch of sterilisers and they had no questions about exchanging them. I hope mine doesn't break but I'm confident that if it does they will help.
 
yep another tt customer service fan here. I had problem wit a steriliser, no receipt as it was bought from ebay and they still sent me a new one after explaining the problem. Recieved in bout 2 days, very impressive :)
 
I just recieved a refund from them today after my steriliser broke. I was quite upset by it breaking but very impressed with the customer service.
 
Same, my steriliser melted!!!And burnt the inside
