It's all right. I found I got a similar amount in a similar time frame using the manual...but I also got cramp! It's not amazing but I use mine everyday and the only problem I have is the tube sometimes pops off mid pumping which is annoying!

I've found this pump to be great. I went from the hospital one to this and although it took some getting used to as it was stronger, it works great and it has me producing loads more milk in the same time frame as the hospital one.
