I saw my regular OB last Friday. She told me (again) that I'm not ovulating. She says it it due to stress. I have cut back A LOT (asked parents to help with bills, resigned from one job and concentrated on one part time job, husband's hours have picked back up) over the last few months and still nothing.
My OB is referring me to a reproductive endocrinologist. Can anyone offer suggestions? What will the RE do?

RE is a fertility specialist who will give you a work-up (ovulation pills, HCG shots, etc).

As for your stress, I believe yoga helps a lot. Good luck!

Going to an RE may be really helpful for you. As for the stress.... lol, I'm not sure how to make it go away, other than lots of relaxation and rest!

Getting rid of the stress is a state of mind. My infertility is unexplained but my Dr thinks it could be stress. I didn't always ovulate or have periods. I have had to work hard at changing my mind set. Saying no to people and just taking my time over things which I never used to do!
Friends & family have helped remind me to slow down too.
Good luck to you. I hope you find what works for you :)
