For those who have been preggy (and those not too!), what are your top tips for encouraging implantation? :flower: Thanks!

i have no idea if this had anything to do with my son implanting but i had a holistic massage and then one week lter got my bfp!

To my knowledge there is absolutely nothing you can do to encourage (nor to discourage!) implantation. Once you have timed ovulation and BDed, you've done all you can do and must just (try) to wait patiently and let nature take its course. Just my two cents.

The week I implanted I went to IKEA with my DH to buy wardrobes and carried them up 2 flights of stairs! (I had no idea I might possibly be pregnant). Just goes to show that if it's meant to be, it'll happen :-)

Hey Littleones, I just spied on your chart, its looking good hey!!! x

Hmm i never realised when i was just about to conceive Lucas i was out in London with my OH and friends drinking cocktails and eating goats cheese salad!

LOL Seems like everyone did whatever!

I am going away this weekend for a week and then in two weeks as well. I'm worried about EVERYTHING now! Hubby and I rarely get a "perfect", stars-aligned :sex: bc he travels, and we totally did last night, and now I'm just trying to find out everything I should do/no do to make this happen. :winkwink:

I heard things like a heating pad on your belly, eating pineapple, not eating pineapple, drinking tons of water and eating protein, not drinking, having a glass of wine if it relaxes you, eating walnuts, sunflower seeds...But it seems like all you mamas did what came natural and still got preggy.

Thanks Daisy! Sure hoping for a bfp this time (obvi, lol). Feeling super positive about this cycle, just a total gut feeling that this is our month! Chart seems to be agreeing with me but drops for AF around 12 dpo so still timw for it to turn against me!

keep warm but do not put a heating pad (or a laptop) on your belly, I would say. Extra heat is not good. After IVF transfer, hot bath is not recommended for example...
AFM, when I got my BFP, I had worked out like crazy for hours at 7 DPO and cramps started at 8 DPO so probably implantation occured around 7-8 DPO.

Going to have to agree, that there is no "encouragement" when you are temping and trackign ovulation, however there are things that will make the sperm "task" easier...

Try Robitussin to help "soften' the path of the sperm, soft cups to hold them in... GL! :dust:
