I didn't think it was illegal but I think you have to stop if you're asked to?

No you dont have to stop. But if you are in a private establishment they have the right to refuse anyone entry IYKWIM.

Oh right

How many places would actually ask you to leave though

theres a pub in stony (near where i live) that asked bfeeders to leave, they use to go there after the weighing clinic for lunch and people complained!

In Scotland its illigal to ask women to stop bf but not in England but i think they are trying to change it

Mine didn't ask me to leave?

I don't think anyone can tell when I'm feeding her (I hope )

It's totally legal up to 6 months I believe. After that, I think establishments can ask you to leave. Still crap if you ask me.

I got a letter to say they had received my letter (as i requested one). It basically said thankyou for my letter and that they are looking into the matter. So we'll watch this space eh?!

lol!!

Just to know it won't happen to anyone else would be enough tbh, especially considering what you said about some marks' having welcome signs Lisa.

You can quote the Halifax one for sure - they are part of the 'It's only natural' campaign I told you about.

sorry to intrude

i asked this question on a police forum before... dunno if you remember lisa... and I got some pretty immature responses from them!! :grr:

but its definetly not illegal but yes you can be asked to stop if you are making them feel uncomfortable... utter crap if you ask me!!
