Any of you lovelies doing the Tough Mudder event in the North West this weekend?
I train 4-6 times a week on a typical week but I did (well I tried lol) 10 weeks extra intense training for it to improve fitness (lot's of trails etc) along side and 4 weeks of a ladies who lift programme [my journal https://www.socialslimmers.com/challenges-events/3766-wobbles-tough-mudder-training-2015-a.html] .... today I think I could be sick with a combination of excitement and nerves.
People have told me I will love it and want to sign up straight away for next years ... any truth in this?
