Duofertility

As I have PCOS and no regular cycles I couldn't use a cbfm, I also work crazy shifts to perhaps bbt might not work proeprly for my either.

I was toying with the idea but wanted to know if there is anything else you ladies could recommend?

Has anyone bought one and what were your experiences?

same as that - very expensive. I know you get your money back in a yr if not pregnant but you dont want it back cos you want to be pregnant! I just dont know if its worth it..... But I suppose when you add up the price of all the OPK's you'll buy in a yr it might be worth it!

I havent heard of anyone on here using one either - most people seem to use the CBFM - but they are £100 and then £20 every other month for the sticks so its dear too!

yeah thats what i was thinking, it'd take me god knows how many OPS's to find out my ov times every time

and i think i'd find it really difficult to bbt because of my shifts

it's quite expensive £495 if you but outright but if you get don't pregnant within a yr you get your money back

if you pay monthly they'll only make you pay until you get your bfp so if it's within the year you don't have to pay the rest

I had a look at this to but it semed sooooo expensive. I am lucky that I wake up at regular times so can just track my temps. I do have quite irregular cycles so OPK were useless as I would run out of tests and still not have ovulated! I use bbt though only start taking temps when I have fertile signs such as EWCM and then just see if there is a rise.

well i've worked out it's cost me about £450 a yr for everything else anyway so just need to break it to the oh

wow its seems like a really expensive thermometer but def worth it if it works!! Def let us know how you get on! I bought a clearblue fertility monitor when I started clomid, although I didnt ovulate it said peak fertility and I had all the signs that I was going to.

Really hope it works for you! I vaguely remember you saying on another thread that you dont normally ov? I might be confused?

no i don't well at least we think i don't but they can't really pinpoint the right day for blood tests before my cycle has been 15 months long lol.

would be interested to know if they find out the reason for your non-ovulation, think we are pretty much in the same boat with the pcos and no ov, it sucks especially as everything is geared towards those that need to lose weight in order to ov...there are no answers for people who dont need to lose weight!?!
