So I'm trying to track when I might be ovulating after a mc. Saturday 4/12 I had some light spotting. Sunday early morning, 1am, I started heavy bleeding and cramping. Monday morning I went to the doctor and confirmed I had mc (hcg was a 4.)
So....
I'm totally unsure of when to track the 1st day of this cycle. For my last cycle I just got pregnant with and mc with, I tested positive for my surge day on day 11. I was 5wks4 days when my mc was confirmed.
Any advise on how to track my cycle or how it should be after a mc?

I miscarried at the end of March and have absolutely no idea where I'm at in my cycle. I guess just get some ovulation tests and keep an eye on them?

I would count Sunday morning with the heavier bleeding as CD1. I have no idea when you'll be likely to ovulate as there's no way of knowing how the mc will affect it. I had a slightly shorter cycle than normal.

The first day of red blood is cycle day 1. Sorry to hear about your loss. Was it a cp or a mc? With a cp they say you can start ttc right away but with an actual mc they say to wait at least one cycle to get your body back to normal and healed. I just had a cp on the 22nd and that is what the dr told me! Good luck and fx for you!
