Are you hiring any special transport to get you and your bridesmaids to the venue?

We've had a booklet about vintage cars come with our confirmation pack - they're all old Rolls Royce's and look stunning! Only problem is that the ones I like are open top - I'm getting married in Sept so I'd end up getting rained on lol

There are some details to arrange horse and cart but seeing as the venue is a good half hour drive from my house, I think I'll give that a miss haha


What are you doing or would like to do?

I'll be getting a taxi! Lol! That's only because we have a train ride up the hill to our venue so I'll be brought up in a counterweight train that has been decorated for the day! That's how all the guests who don't want to walk it (or have mobility problems that require them to have a special car) will be getting to our wedding venue!

If you want a horse and cart you should be able to get one.

We looked in to it but it was too expensive.

We were told if we wanted a horse and cart we would need to be transported in a car or something to about 1-2mile away from the venue then swap into the horse and cart LOL.

We're getting married in Sept so its a daft idea too lol.

It can fit 6 of the bridal party in which is brill as thats all my bridal party so only need one car xx

we are getting married on dec 12th this yr so we plummed for a daimler vintage white limo and we are only using the one car as its a 7 seater and the driver is doing 3 trips as we are having ceremony and reception in our village and its a stones throw away from our home so saving a fortune aswell which is great! lol

My OH's school friend owns a Rolls-Royce (Silver Shadow I think) and has said he'd drive me to the church for the price of the petrol

Hopefully I'll be having a VW campervan lol...A special wedding one! Its £479 + VAT so Im not sure if the budget will allow it. If not I'll get a taxi lol!

That looks kinda funky lol

I haven't really looked too much into all the different options tbh.. Our venue is down some country roads so if it rains then the car will turn up with mud everywhere and knowing my luck I'll get it on my dress
