hi ladies- I did my first famara and trigger shot cycle. i got the trigger last monday but have no clue when i ovulated. i read 24-36 hours but feel like even after that timeframe my ovary felt painful during sex. i did a test today and its neg and i am assuming cuz its too early. when did you all ovulate if you did trigger??
