Hello I'm Jessie. Last year I had three early miscarriages. January at 6 weeks, May at 5 weeks, and November at 8 weeks. Went to ER and they didn't tell me a cause, because I didn't pass everything there so they couldn't test the baby and see what went wrong. But I was wondering, has anyone had a successful pregnancy after recurrent miscarriages? What went wrong for you?

I know a friend of mine had 5 miscarriage until she got her rainbow baby. Never managed to get passed the 6 week stage until just got progesterone.

I had 3 MC before my now 21 month old son at 12, 11 then 4 weeks. Since his birth we have had a further 4 losses:( wishing you lots of luck xxxx

I've heard a lot about progesterone and I think I'm going to look into it!! Thanks alot

I'm so sorry for all your losses. Each loss is so tough. I'm glad you did get a rainbow baby, God bless your family. Wishing you lots of luck also and thanks so much! Oh and did they ever give you a reason for the miscarriages?

Thank you for that the last loss was 12 weeks on 9th May and was devastating:( no reason as yet but I have an app soon at the recurrent MC clinic. I think tbh it's my age as I'm 44 in nov:( so I think my time may have passed although we would have dearly loved one more. I had two perfect scans with my last lo at 6.5 and 8.5 weeks and v strong hb something I really struggle with. But yes we are so very lucky to have our rainbow. I'm wishing you very much luck too xxxxx

Hi Jessie. I am in almost the exact position as you. i had 3 miscarriages in less than a year. The first at 6 weeks in May 2014, the second at 8.5 weeks in December 2014 and the last at 5 weeks in February 2015. I have started undergoing testing to figure out "what is wrong" but so far everything seems normal. The latest guess is a hormonal problem since my luteal phase is only around 10 days. We just started progesterone every month 1dpo until 14dpo (unless bfp). This month bfn :( but desperately looking for someone in a similar situation because I feel incredibly alone with all this

I've had 2 early losses. Tests on me and the embryo after the last miscarriage all came back 'normal.'

I ran across some information linking gluten sensitivity and recurrent miscarriage due to vitamin and mineral deficiencies. I'm not sure if this is my problem (testing takes awhile and is often inconclusive), but I went gluten-free two months ago just to see what would happen. My digestion is better, so it could be a factor for me.

Just hoping that this could make a difference for a future pregnancy...

I had four miscarriages before successfully carrying my fifth pregnancy to term. The problem was progesterone for me too -- I had supplements from BFP to 14 weeks and that's done the trick for me ever since.

Hang in there, I know how dark it can feel but it is possible.
