trying again! hopefully it'll work this time! any advice?

So after having a miscarriage at roughly 4 weeks (just bleeding, lighter than my normal periods!) and an internal ultrasound that showed everything was fine with my womanly inside bits we are trying again!

The midwife said it's okay to start again and I feel that I'm ready...

Hopefully it'll be a sticky baby and I don't have to go through this again.

I read that there a certain foods you can eat that will prepare your body for a healthy pregnancy. I will look for the link and post it for you. I also just read that the chances of getting bfp are higher when the woman has an orgasm a couple minutes before the man and also another (for the woman) 45 minutes after. Due to something they call "upsuck" sounds weird I know. But fertility specialists did the study. Doesn't hurt to try it (it literally doesn't hurt) lol. I'm so sorry for your loss.
