So my husband and I are newly married. We are trying to conceive a baby together. I have 2 children from a previous relationship and he has 1. I did not get a period for 15 months after being off of the depo shot for birth control. The doctor prescribed provera to jump start my periods numerous times but ive only ever gotten that one period then nothing. So I came to the conclusion I was not ovulating so my doctor prescribed the provera to take for 10 days then clomid 50mg to take on cycle days 3-7. I finished the provera and started bleeding yesterday. I am going to start clomid in a couple of days...I am so anxious hoping it works. Anybody know about when I should ovulate and if they had any success the first time using Clomid? Not being able to conceive is new to me and im very nervous that it wont work. Can anybody help?
