Trying not to freak out

Hi ladies

Okay so I was due AF today and she hasn't showed... It's not exactly out of the ordinary for me but being that I'm a pee on a stick addict I thought I'd do a sneaky test. Instead of a pregnancy test I picked up an opk by mistake. There's a very faint line there. Can an opk detect pregnancy? I tried to look it up but there's conflicting posts so I'm so confused has anybody has any experience of this? I'm trying not to freak out!

There will always be a faint line on an OPK no matter what can you get a pregnancy test soon??

Aww okay I've only just started using opks hence why I confused one with a pregnancy tests at first glance. I'm going to get a test in the morning I think... I just kinda got my hopes up

I know it's confusing because a faint line on a pregnancy test is positive but a faint line on an OPK is negative. That doesn't mean you aren't pregnant though!! My fingers are crossed!! AF not showing is very hopeful 😊

It is confusing but at least I know for future reference. I'm keeping my fingers crossed! 😊
