So after 3 months on Depo my husband and I decided we want to start TTC again. Last time we tried a couple years back we had no luck even when I was not on any BC at allo. Although, with the depo I have completely lost my cycle and no period at all. I do not know when my period will come back or stabalize for me to start tracking ovulation. I use to have about a 25- 29 day cycle. I have purchased herbs such as Maca, Vitex, Black Cohosh, and others like evening primose oil that were recommended to me. I would say I am a very healthy and active individual. How many people became pregnant easily after the use of depo? And what other ways can I promote my cycle to returning naturally?
