Hi ladies,

I'm outside my comfort zone here. I've never joined an online community before and my husband and I are trying to conceive for the first time. I'm a little clueless about all the acronyms and such-just looking for someone who might be in a similar situation.

Husband and I have been married almost 3 years and so excited to start a family but I'm new to tracking.

Any advice is welcome and look forward to "meeting" some like minded women

SA - Semen Analysis
BD - Baby Dance (sex)
FX - Fingers Crossed
FRER - First Response Early Result (preg. test)
FMU - First Morning Urine
IC - Internet Cheapies
DPO - Days Past Ovulation
DS - Dear Son
DD - Dear Daughter
MC - Miscarriage
TWW or 2WW - Two Week Wait
WTT - Waiting to Try
NTNP - Not Trying Not Preventing
CD - Cycle Day
CM - Cervical Mucus
AF - Aunt Flow
BBT: Basal Body Temperature
DTD - Doing the Deed
BFN - Big Fat Negative
BFP - Big Fat Positive
IVF - Invitro Fertilization
IUI - Intrauterine Insemination
TTC - Trying to Conceive
POAS - Peeing on a Stick
O - Ovulation

These are the ones I come across the most. Hopefully that helps a bit!
