TTC #1 waiting to test....anyone to buddy :)

Hiya,

I am 22 years old, trying to conceive baby #1. Currently 9 days late and waiting until 14 days to test. Never charted anything, we are just letting things happen...however i am wanting to get a positive so badly....

looking for a buddy who is also waiting etc and someone to share the experience with xx

I'll be glad to be your buddy! I made a post in this topic but no replies yet. My husband and I have been actively trying and I'm currently about 3 days late. I'm making myself wait to test until this Saturday. I tested this morning and got yet another - It totally bums me out every time I see it.

I know exactly what you mean. I took a test on Monday and it was a :BFN: makes you so sad I went to see the nurse today though and she said that even the most sensitive tests mostly don't recognise the hcg hormone until 2 weeks after the first day of yur missed period. I was told to test again on Tuesday so I am holding out hope that AF doesn't show up before then !!! Xx

I've been reading online that you shouldn't even do a hpt until a week after AF is late! So I'm going to test again on Saturday (because I just can't wait until TUESDAY lol) and then Tuesday I will be a week late so I'll definitely test then no matter what the thing says on Saturday. I just private messaged you so that we can set up regular updates! I'm so excited
