Hello there,

I am new to this forum!! My LMP was on March 7. I have had these left side lower abdominal cramps and a weird feeling like someone is pulling a gear on the left lower side and nausea symptoms. Other than that, no symptoms like sore boobs etc., The clear blue advanced pregnancy test was negative(saying that NOT PREGNANT!!), so I was expecting my period!! but am two days late and still has feelings of nausea and left-sided cramp. Anyone faced this kinda situation. please help me!!

Try a first response test. The test you used may not be as sensitive. Do you know when you ovulated? When you start ttcing you will notice EVERY twinge!! It's called symptom spotting, and we all get crazy about it! GL!

That all sounds textbook for ovulation, especially the one-sided cramp. (As the ovary tends to be sore when it is ready to ovulate or just released an egg)

My guess is that this month you are ovulating really late. How long have you been TTC? Did you just so happen to go off of Birth Control at all? Been sick or any other stress in your life? Any of those things could be messing with ovulation.

Hello Bee Bee,

I have been trying since December of last year. Been using the clear blue advanced OPK, BBT, and CM methods. Am on levothyroxine med as my thyroid is 3. Am pretty sure my OD was on March 25, because my CM was very watery and OPK was positive, so by this I must get the period by this time, but as I said the pregnancy test was negative and BBT chart is really rocky after OD. I still have the symptoms of lower abdominal cramps and nausea.

I have no idea based on your description if you O'd or not. I'd have to see your chart.

As far as I know the levothyroxine shouldn't affect anything. I had my thyroid removed August 2013 and take levo as well.
