I have irregular periods and since last July they have been

67 days
34 days
And now I am currently on day 72 and still no period. Have took tests but negative but this was like 3 weeks ago I took them lol.
Anyone have any information on Agnus Cactus or Soya Isoflavones to help bring my period regular?
