TTC #2 with PCOs

Evening all...Happy bank holiday. DH and I recently decided it was time to try for baby #2. I have PCOS and got pregnant previously following ovarian drilling (after 18months TTC). Docs are non-committal about how easy/hard it will be 2nd time round so just wondering if anyone has been through the same thing and can share their experience. Thanks in advance x
