Ttc 38 with pcos ? Abt soy isoflavones

Hi ladies im new to this site im currently on soulcysters site for women with pcos im 38 yrs old bn ttc for several yrs nw I heard women are taking soy isoflavones to gt pregnant cycle 3-7 n its bn working its like clomid frm wat I bn reading. I have regular periods and want help to know can I take them if I have a regular period please help thanks.
