I lost my baby boy at 36 weeks this past June. He died from a knot in the cord. My OB says that there was nothing that could have been done to prevent it. The past 4 months have been beyond difficult but I pull myself together for my older son who is a happy 3 year old and needs his mommy.
My OB gave me the green light in July to TTC but referred me to a RE based on my AMH levels and age. We tried for 2 months using just the OPK kits but weren't successful. This month, the RE gave me a hCG trigger shot on the 12th Oct so I'm calculating today to be 10 dpo assuming I ovulated on the 13th. I tested today and it looks like the hCG is out of my system - see picture (they gave me a 10,000 unit dosage) I am cramping like I'm having my AF and some white discharge but no other symptoms. When can I expect to see a BFP because the hCG is due to the pregnancy?
Trying to stay positive but every BFN is gut wrenching. I'm sure many of you with late losses trying again can relate.
Thank you for taking the time to read my post.
