Hi everyone, I am new to the boards and am looking for some insight...
Cross posted for advice and experience from others. Thanks :)

Hubby and I miscarried in November 2013 and again in March of this year.

For years my period has been right on schedule every 30 days. In November my period came back exactly 30 days to the day I started miscarrying and has been regular until I miscarried again on March 5, at which time I didn't get my period until April 23rd.

Today is May 29 and I finally got my period again...

Do you guys think my cycle is off now and I am if my calculations are correct, I am on an average 43 day cycle?

If that's the case, I would assume I am going to ovulate next June 24ish? Ugh, so long away...

I suspect that your body will return to it's normal schedule and your periods will regulate back to 30 days. It may take a few cycles. The cycle after my MC was 111 days! The next one was really short, I ovulated on day 6 or something crazy. Over the next few cycles my ovulation date was a few days later each month. Now I'm back to a regular 28 day cycle.

If you don't want to miss your next ovulation make sure you check for cervical mucus and/or use OPKs.

Good luck! :flow:

Thanks for your response! I will definitely be starting to use opks, monitoring CM and temping.

111 days?!!! How crazy our bodies are.. I am glad yours got back to normal eventually for you.

Thanks for the words of insight. Good luck to you too :)

I hope you are back on track in no time. My situation was complicated by the fact that I have fertility issues but yes, that 111 days felt like forever! My cycle only came back after I did some acupuncture. I found it very helpful but if you are healthy otherwise I bet your body will sort itself out.
