TTC after MMC w/ PCOS

hello everyone just little of my journey. I have been TTC since Oct 2014 with no success started to see a RE in january, I have had testing done tubes are fine, cycles are normal 28-31 days but develop ovarian cysts and was developed w/PCOS. with this I have been told I have my LH surge but don't produce a mature Follicle (called anovulatory), DH sperm count and motility are in the high millions has no issues. I tried clomid 2 times no reaction, then was put on metformin 500mg, Femara 2.5w/Ovidrel shot followed by back to back iui and got pg but MMC at 7wks3days had a D&C at 9wks4days due to baby not passing and caused me horrible pains.

I am now currently 23days post D&C and still having positive pg tests and patiently waiting for AF. I just would like to know of anyone who has experienced or had any success getting pg naturally or with fertility meds after and about how long did it take, Im so anxious of course to start the ball rolling again and get my rainbow baby.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I have PCOS, too. Conceived for the first time on clomid and miscarried at seven weeks. I'm in my first "normal" cycle post mc. I'm not doing meds this time, but I'm really afraid I won't get pregnant again.
We're using OPKs, preseed, and SMEP to TTC this cycle.

I have PCOS and as well. We tried from Sept 14 to Feb '15 and not once I did ovulate or even have a period. Our loss was just over 2 weeks ago. We finally got KU on a cycle of TI and metformin and femara.
Instead of trying to figure out if I have a natural cycle or anything which I doubt I will we just have an appointment with our RE to see how to proceed. The appointment is 7 weeks post loss. I hope by then any of the pregnancy hormones are out of my system and we can decide when to start the metformin and femara. I really hope he doesn't make us wait too long given the ages of H & I. We will see, I'm anxious to start trying again as well.
