Ttc after ovarian drilling

Hi everyone, quick intro about myself. I had OD on the 2nd of Nov 2016 after 3+ yrs ttc. Found out I had polycystic ovaries after a mc in oct 2015. I'm in my tww atm(first cycle post surgery) but I don't have any symptoms whatsoever so am not too hopeful for this cycle I'm trying to stay positive tho and get myself ready for the next cycle once AF lands.

After ovarian drilling, testosterone production decreases and many women ovulate more regularly. So be positive there are lots of chances you will ovulate soon. Ovarian drilling may offer you a window of opportunity to become pregnant that you did not have before. More than 50% of women get pregnant in the first year itself after surgery.
