First of all, I'm so sorry for your losses. I'm following because I need to know this, too. I've been Googling some things...might order a book. My main goal right now is to cut out the caffeine and exercise. But I don't want to exercise too much and mess up my cycle. I've also been reading about herbal stuff for uterine health. It's all quite interesting, but there's so much information out there.
Are you taking any vitamins? If so, which ones?
