TTC baby #1 Looking for a trying to conceive buddy!

Hello all,
My name is Cloe. My DH and I are trying for our first child. I have just recently gotten my mirena out (10/19/16). The hardest thing is trying to wait for my body to regulate after the removal. I had it in for a little over a year and have normal bleeding every month. Currently right now I am four days "late" according to my tracking app. I am fairly certain that it is just my body trying to regulate its self, but it is very frustrating.

This thread would be for anyone who just needs to vent about the horrible TWW or anything else going on. It would be a group where anyone can essentially talk about anything that they need advice on.

A little bit about me I am an ER nurse that works night shift and stays on the night shift schedule. This makes it a little bit difficult for me to accuratly track everything since my times are off. I have my lovley SO who is 27 and fells as if he is an old man haha. I also have two fur babies. One male and one female black lab both under the ago of two.

Hello clover it's nice to meet you! It's a good idea to have a thread open to people who are trying and just want to vent or talk about things that bother them. And with your background I'm sure many will find it comforting, so that's very kind of you to put it out there.

I'm not recovering on BC I've never really needed it before, only other relationship I had where I was sexually active the guy wasn't that into doing it (or into me for that matter) so when I married my Sweet Canadian hubby we just decided to NTNP until we felt we were both ready to really try. 3 MCS and still nothing, so I guess it really wasn't any need for it in the first place. *Ahem* Apologizes anyways, I guess I'm just saying "Hi!" in return and wishing you a successful journey to your BFP for #1. And I totally get you about the infuriating limbo of "becoming regular" in cycles again.

Hi Cloe!

I had my Mirena out in August and was surprised at how quickly my cycle returned to normal...especially given how traumatizing the removal was! My IUD had embedded and I had to go to the OR. I bled for about a month, but at least everything went back to normal. Even AF now is lighter than it was pre-Mirena. Makes it a tad more bearable.

Hi there. My husband and I have been trying for the past year. I had surgery in Sept and started trying again after that. Yesterday I ad my first HCG shot, and waiting to ovulate. Does anyone know when exactly that can happen? I feel hot flashes right now. its Tuesday around 4 in the afternoon.

I just ovulated so fingers crossed we got it! Its been almost a year of trying off/on. I seem to struggle with catching ovulation since i dont do the tests, i just look out for the signs my body shows
Seems silly but...im already thinking of names lol!

Totally there with you Wishx, I already have the first and second picked out boy and girl. However, I'm still in the fertile week, but I don't have high hopes. Hubby hasn't been able to "finish right" so I think I got the really short end this time. Oh well, not his fault don't want him to get Anxiety about it, so I just have to plan for next cycle. In the meantime I can focus on getting all the loving I could want ;D.

Sometimes its best to just enjoy your time together and if it happens it happens I try to enjoy it more with my OH so we're both more relaxed and not super worried/pressured for anything to happen. You want it to be memorable but not for the wrong reasons

Hi Ladies! My name is Tara and I am 30 years old. I am also TTC for the first time. In fact, this month was the first cycle. I have extremely irregular cycles (never even near the same days!) so I am praying I don't have an uphill battle with this. This month I didn't temp or do the opks, just based it soley on my body signs so I believe I am currently 10-12dpo. I plan on testing tomorrow if AF doesn't come!

I am a 4th grade teacher so this 2ww has been right in the time I had nothing to distract me (winter break) so I've felt crazy lol

How is everyone? Anyone else in 2ww?
