HEY hun sorry for your loss i had a mc in june at 7 weeks and i am ttc for a baby know.. I am on day 12 of my cycle and hopfully will ovulate soon do clear blue ovulation tests and take my temps but that is not going well, all over the plce... My boyfriend takes zinc tabs and i take a multiple vits... xxxx

aww huni just relax about it, have sex 3-4 times a week to make sure theres always sperm to greet the egg, keep lying down after sex to help sperm travel up, and just enjoy having sex
TTC to much and always thinking about it can reduce your chances (so they say) so just relax have fun enjoy the sex and let nature take its course

I do try and forget about it and relax! End enjoy sex after sex I stay laying for like 30 mins.. I have pased ovulation now so well see, what day are you going to test? Xxx
