Ttc cocktails

Hey gals, so I'm looking to take the following and wanted to see if it was safe to take together
Cassava fertility tablets
500mg wild yam
1000mg flaxseed oil
200mg soy isoflavones cd2-6
1000mg Siberian ginseng
Vitamin b complex
starflower.
Are there any specific timescales for taking the above

Hi, I can't help I'm afraid, maybe ask at your local health food shop? They could probably tell you if they're safe to take together and can advise re: dosage etc. Good luck!
