We are at 14m bf and AF still hadn't come back. I'm desperate to TTC, but with my lo being such a poor sleeper I don't have spare energy to keep trying just in case.

I would start weaning, but lo just had his first proper tantrum at naptime when I tried not feeding, so he clearly isn't ready.

I just wondered if there was anything else I could try to get AF back?

thanks

No advice really but I fell pregnant when LO was about 13 months and AF hadn't returned, it is possible!

You will probably need to start cutting out nursing sessions, night feeding can play a large role in when AF returns.

A easy, comforting way to reduce feeds, is to time your feeds, say your morning feed your nurse 10 minutes for. Cut it to 9 minutes the next more, two days after that, reduce to 8 minutes. Until it is no longer needed. Don't nurse for bordem find other things to preoccupy the baby, I also found my LO loves almond milk (quite like breastmilk in taste)

But you could still ovulate prior to your first AF and fall pregnant too
