I'm not exactly new here, but it's been a while. But considering stuff has happened recently I figure it might not hurt to come back. It was personal reasons that made me leave in the first place...
But to the point, I was diagnosed with early onset Type 2 Diabetes with insulin resistance due to PCOS in September. I've been put on Metformin (XR 1000mg)(again) and it seems to be controlling my sugar levels.
My normal before breakfast sugar level is about 6.0 - 7.0 (Aussie conversion) with the occasional 5.8. but recently, over the past week, it's been at 7.3 - 7.8. I've had no dietary changes. It went back down to 6.5 yesterday and was 6.1 today.
I'm not sure of my ovulation times etc. but I think I ovulated two weeks ago, and hubby and I got busy on or around the same day.
I mean, I don't want to get my hopes up, and I'm not, but I'm just curious, could implantation cause my sugar levels to spike a little or am I reading too much into it?
Thank you in advance
