TTC With irregular periods?

I had my first period since getting pregnant with DS (almost 3 years ago) in august but they ca last anything between 24-30 days which means predicting ovulation is quite hard. I did buy ovulation tests but the costs really mount up which isnt great as DH lost his job last month so money is tight. What does everyone else do?

Have you tried temping? That is the only thing that works for me and pin points ovulation.

Have a look at the fertility friend website, it's great, has really helped me.
