TTC with PCOS

My name is Jennifer and I just got married in May and have been ttc for about 10 months now. I have been diagnosed with PCOS but my OBGYN had instructed me to go ahead and use the Clearblue Fertility Monitor to help see if I ovulate. This is my first cycle using it and I have irregular cycles - average 39 days - and it gave me a high peak around day 16 then went straight to showing the egg on day 17 and again on 18, which is today. Should it show two morning of the ovulation or am I missing something?? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
