TTCAL - tell me your success stories!!

I just had my second mc with no successful pregnancies so far. My dr. is going to begin testing in a few weeks, but I'm looking for hopeful stories. He told me that it could be hormones, clotting, genetic or just bad luck. Both mc were early on (7.5 weeks and 6.5 weeks). The first one was missed, and the second was caught at the first 8 week ultrasound.
I don't mind going through the testing, and I'm not losing home -- just looking for some encouraging stories about TTCAL. How long, what did you do different, etc.
