Has anyone had this done? My dr gave me the option as we know we are done having kids after this little guy. Obviously i have lots of questions for my dr when i see him friday but wanted some personal experiences. Was there any difference in recovery? Any complications?

My consultant has suggested I have this done as I'll be having my 4th cesarean but I've watched a few videos on YouTube and we have decided my husband will have a vasectomy instead. I found some great information on Google but hope someone on here can give you more personal advice x

They would not do it for me, though I didn't really insist. They had a criteria of over 30 and 3 kids. Otherwise I could pay to have it done electively at a later stage I suppose but I am not that keen.

I'm having it done on August 3rd, so I'll know more then! My dr said the recovery was the same and it doesn't take long to do after the csection. We'll see!

good luck lulu!!! you are so close to meeting your little one! :)

Good luck for today lulu83. Hope it all goes great for you😘

Thanks!
Recovery was the same and it really didn't take much/any extra time after the c section :)
