Woke up in loads of pain, like bent over double, it was horrible thought i was gonna be sick, thought the would be here to greet me when i woke up but shes not here. Got the runs (tmi sorry) so im thinking its either my ibs playing up or a tummy bug

Thanks everyone, i have stomach ache alot due to IBS, im starting to think the garlic bread and onions were a bad idea, they cause me alot of pain but i love emneed to not eat em from now on

Oh yeh if I eat onions I am in for it! I also cant eat grapes, corn, nuts of any sort, and a few other things like spagetti and stuff tears my belly up really bad
