TV Ultrasound - What if we'd got lucky this month??

I'm somewhere between 2 and 5 DPO (trying not to obsess over temperatures and OPKs for a few months) and had an internal scan today. While she was digging around I started wondering what it would be doing to a potential sticky bean - does anyone know??? Am I being dumb??
