Twin moms in the UK help please..

Hi there, my friend is having twins, and I'm in charge of her present. Now I've seen a great seat/feeding system, I'll attach a photo, but I can't seem to find it anywhere in the UK, it only delivers in the US. Are there any other seats similar to this? If not, what did you twin mums do? Any ideas on what you really needed/couldn't live without in those early days. Any advice would be much appreciated.

I'm not in the UK, however the twin feeding pillow I have is similar to this and can be shipped worldwide. It's called 'Twincredible'. During the early months it was a life saver, especially while OH is at work and for night feeds.
